LOFT 7
Loft 7 is located on the fourth and fifth floors of the building with magnificent full Yotei views and has five bedrooms ( 4 western style bedrooms and one Japanese style tatami room (with futons and mattresses supplied)). This loft also has a luxurious Japanese bath (featured in promotional materials) with rain shower, 2 x 2 metre family ofuro bath with recirculating hot water and full Yotei views. There are four flat-screen TVs in the loft, two large ones in the tatami room and sitting room (next to the fireplace) and the other two in the upstairs and downstairs master bedrooms. The three daybeds (one queen-sized, two large single-size) in the main sitting room can be converted into extra sleeping space for four if required. The kitchen is fitted with Gaggenau oven, Miele dishwasher, Rinnai gas cooker, Toshiba refrigerator and microwave oven and Nespresso coffee maker. The loft has two DVD players, a CD player and two iPod player/radios. The fireplace is a large format gas fireplace by Rinnai. The bedrooms have large king-sized platform beds (except for the Japanese bedrooms, which use tatami mats on the floor and mattresses/futons for sleeping). Bedrooms are either king-size or two single bed configuration with Frette sheets, pillow cases and towels and faux fur pillows and throws. This loft has a selection of books and magazines and a full complement of games, including jenga, mahjong, scrabble, monopoly, western chess and Chinese chess. There is a lending library of over 100 recent and classic DVDs available from the Suiboku concierge. And, each loft has a selection of Suiboku customized house CDs. |
