LIFT PASSES

There is a lift pass sales office at the base of the Family Pair lift just adjacent to Suiboku. The passes are electronic cards that get placed in a pocket on your upper left side to be passed in front of the electronic readers at the lift stations. There are 39 lifts and gondolas that form the greater Niseko United ski fields of Grand Hirafu, Annupuri, Higashiyama, and Hanazono.

Concierge Tip: If you are a beginner or just intermediate level you might want to consider getting just a Grand Hirafu lift pass (instead of an All Mountain pass)). The Grand Hirafu has the benefit of including the Hanazono slopes which are readily accessible and often used during lessons. Together, the Grand Hirafu and Hanazono areas make up about 60% of the total skiing area of the Niseko United ski fields.

Some basics:

  • Children 6 and under ski for free (bring ID or passport to establish age)
  • Youngsters over six and teens pay for no more than 7 days per vacation
  • The Concierge can obtain your lift tickets in advance (at cost), which will save you a bit of time on the first ski morning, so please let us help you get off to a quick start.
  • There are lots of special ticket offers and various options based on which part of the mountain you wish to ski during your stay...so, please don't hesitate to discuss this with us to come up with the optimal combination of ski passes for you and your family.
All Mountain Lift Pass

The all mountain lift pass grants you access to all four mountains making up the Niseko United Area (Grand Hirafu, Hanazono, Higashiyama and Annupuri). Click here for ski fields map

For children between the ages of 7 and 12, purchase a Child pass. For ages 13 to 15, please select the Teen pass. Adult passes are for ages 16 and up.

Please note that prices listed do not include a ¥1000 yen deposit, which is refundable at the end of your stay at the refund machines located at the base of each lift.

All lift passes must be ordered prior to arrival. Lift tickets purchased on the day must be purchased directly from the lift ticket office.

CONFIDENTIAL GUIDE
TO RESTAURANTS

Hokkaido is the agricultural heart of Japan and most of its restaurants serve very fresh local produce. So, the good news is that there are very few bad restaurants in Niseko. The bad news is that some of the restaurants are so popular that you will need to book well in advance if you want to get a table, particulary if you have a large group.

This short guide provides our recommendations to some of the better food options in and around Hirafu.
